Administrative Assistant for Training (Temporary)

From BeFind, a Personnel Selection Consulting firm, we are seeking to build a team of **Administrative Assistants for Training**, for a company located in **Málaga city**, to provide temporary support to the department with potential permanent incorporation upon completion of the contract. These individuals will collaborate in the preparation and submission of nationwide training projects. This is an opportunity to participate in a strategic initiative with the possibility of continuing as a technician during project execution, depending on performance and results achieved. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Preparation and submission of training plans via official online applications. * Drafting, reviewing, and organizing administrative and technical documentation. * Supporting the drafting of reports and justification of requirements. * Coordinating with various entities within the corporate group and collecting information from centers, tutors, and training activities. * Quality control and verification of data prior to submission. * Reporting to your supervisor on the status and progress of assigned projects. * Identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative actions to maximize project impact and quality. **What are we looking for in you?** * Experience managing subsidized training projects (prior experience with national or regional calls is desirable). * Proficiency in online training management platforms and office applications. * University or technical education related to education, training management, administration, or similar fields. * Ability to work collaboratively, organize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. * A **proactive**, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. * Proficiency in digital project management tools and advanced office software. **What does the company offer?** * Temporary contract. * Start date: end of August / beginning of September. * Full-time position (39 hours per week). * Working hours: Mon–Thu 9:00–18:30 / Fri 9:00–14:00. * 100% on-site position in Málaga city. * Opportunity to join the technical team.
