Keep customer records up to date. Maintain a professional and friendly communication style. Requirements Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills (email, web browser, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Customer\-oriented attitude and willingness to help. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher. Nice to have Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required). Experience using CRM or help desk software.
