Your primary role within the company will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes from the gastronomic menu, following guidelines provided by the Head Chef and Sous Chef, according to the pre-agreed menu, while complying with established safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations. This vacancy is for our Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa hotel in Menorca. Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing assigned dishes under the guidance of your supervisor, the Station Chef. * Ensuring excellent presentation of all dishes. * Knowing and preparing standardized recipes (bill of materials) and recipes for all products produced in the kitchen department. * Reporting to the Station Chef regarding necessary ingredients. * Cleaning and organizing your station. * Following previously agreed service instructions. * Other duties inherent to the department.
