Job Summary: We are seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Chef, supervise the team, prepare and cook dishes, ensure quality, and maintain hygiene in a Family Club hotel. Key Highlights: 1. Passion for gastronomy and customer service For our client, a leading Family Club hotel, **EXPERTA** is selecting a **Sous Chef** for one of its restaurants in **Menorca**. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the Executive Chef in menu and dish preparation. * Support kitchen management and organization. * Supervise and train the kitchen team. * Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and established standards. * Ensure dish quality and presentation prior to service. * Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed. * Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety, and comply with food health and safety regulations. * Collaborate with other departments to guarantee an exceptional culinary experience for our guests. **Required Profile:** * Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary skills. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Passion for gastronomy and customer service. **We Offer:** * Fixed-term discontinuous contract for the 2026 season. * Salary commensurate with candidate’s experience, paid in 14 installments. * Accommodation and meals included. * Dynamic and multicultural work environment.
