Your main responsibilities will be: Supervision of buffet offerings, presentation, and content control across all meal services. Support and supervision of food preparation and raw materials used in the offerings. Kitchen inventory checks, forecasting of external purchases and internal orders, and submission of related requests to the warehouse. Participation in periodic departmental information and coordination meetings, as well as support in staff shift planning.
