Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager for our SP Mahón store, responsible for managing, training, and coordinating the team to achieve targets, comply with procedures, and ensure key performance indicators. We are looking for a Store Manager in Menorca for our SP Mahón store to take responsibility for the following functions: * Manage, train, and coordinate the store team to ensure achievement of objectives. * Implement and manage company procedures and policies (sales and customer service, merchandise, personnel, training, in-store product placement, and cash handling). * Ensure compliance with key store performance indicators (sales, turnover, margins, customer satisfaction, and budgets). Requirements: * Higher vocational education qualification. * Minimum 1 year of experience in store and team management. * Passion for fashion or sportswear. * Problem-solving individuals with analytical capabilities.
