Joining a high-end hotel with a positive working environment We are looking to incorporate a **Cold Kitchen Section Head** into our kitchen team at the **Sirenes Hotel The Ibiza TwIIns 4\* SUP**. You will be part of a professional, dynamic, and committed team focused on culinary excellence and customer service. Your role will be essential in guaranteeing the quality, presentation, and proper preservation of cold products served at the hotel. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and coordinate the cold kitchen section, ensuring correct preparation and presentation of salads, cold appetizers, cold desserts, and similar preparations. * Supervise and actively participate in daily production, adhering to quality standards set by the Executive Chef and corporate F\&B guidelines. * Monitor inventory and ensure efficient product usage, minimizing unnecessary waste. * Maintain traceability and compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness regulations. * Coordinate and train staff within your section, promoting teamwork and a positive working atmosphere. * Collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth and organized service. * Supervise safety and proper use of facilities and equipment within your area. **Requirements** * Proven experience as Cold Kitchen Section Head or Assistant Section Head in a 4-star or higher hotel kitchen. * Solid knowledge of cold kitchen techniques and food preservation methods. * Strong organizational skills, cleanliness, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Hospitality or Culinary training is desirable. * Prior experience in holiday resorts or high-volume service hotels is highly valued. **We Offer** * Employment at a 4-star or higher hotel with a professional environment and positive working atmosphere. * Seasonal contract with potential continuity in future campaigns. * Accommodation and meals, subject to availability. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the kitchen team. **Employee Benefits** * Sirenis Family \& Friends * Discounts at Sirenis Vital Spa * *Discounts at Water Park* * Sirenis Benefits (catering and shopping)
