Responsibilities * Organize, lead, and coordinate the work of the team under supervision and all activities within their area. * Plan activities and monitor results. * Manage supplies and inventory. * Ensure that service meets required hygiene and setup standards. * Handle and respond to customer complaints related to service. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress * Hospitality and Tourism education is desirable * High level of English * Knowledge of other languages is a plus
