ARE YOU READY FOR THE CHALLENGE? As a Senior Developer, you will join the Customer Experience Unit. Within the Customer Experience Unit, we focus on generating, developing, and expanding all types of digital channels and customer management applications for enterprises, covering the full lifecycle of any digital initiative across domains such as customer and employee experience, marketing, data and analytics, or integration. Our clients include major companies across various sectors—such as Telecom, Insurance, Banking, Industry, Tourism, Energy & Utilities—as well as the Public Sector. WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? * You will be responsible for performing technical tasks—including analysis, design, coding, and testing of complex programs and/or processes—based on functional and/or technical specifications defined by analysts or architects, ensuring their operation within planned timelines. * You will produce technical design and documentation, as well as user manuals, adhering to the established methodology and based on functional and technical designs. * You will carry out program coding and necessary tool customization. * You will support the design and preparation of test and training environment data, as well as integration testing, ensuring quality control of documentation and developed programs. * You will review continuous integration reports and make required corrections to ensure maximum code quality. * You will perform functions and analyses on low-complexity projects. * You will inform the Analyst and/or Project Manager about any risks, incidents, or obstacles affecting project quality. * Corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance.
