We are currently looking to strengthen one of our teams with an **Organic Analyst**: a professional with curiosity, analytical ability, and a passion for connecting business and technology. If you enjoy understanding processes and collaborating with development teams to ensure everything fits together seamlessly, keep reading—your next challenge may start here! ***What do we need from you?*** Experience in: * Managing large volumes of data using files in structured formats. * Functional consulting and managing large volumes of data on Oracle relational databases. Experience with: * Jira / Confluence. * Postman. * SOAP (web services). ***What will some of your responsibilities be?*** * Business and technical consulting, organic analysis, and information systems development. * Requirements gathering and preparation of functional analysis and technical design—including logical and physical data models. * Functional analysis based on: + Legacy and new requirements. + Source code (Java, JSP, Hibernate, Oracle DB). * Creation of technical documentation for Confluence / Jira, according to prior analysis: + Use cases in Confluence. + Functional requirements (legacy or new) in Jira. + Analysis tasks in Jira. + Development tasks in Jira. * Communication with development teams: + Resolving functional doubts during implementation. + Testing in lower environments (Development, Integrated Development): reporting incidents. * Supporting functional design resulting from legislative changes. * Technical support for functional review and system validation testing: + Conducting internal tests to validate the environment before QA teams begin their testing. * Communication with QA, Security, and Containerization teams to resolve incidents or answer queries regarding an environment under validation. ***What do we offer?*** * Integration into a team of motivated professionals within a dynamic work environment. * A sustainable management model and effective equality policies fostering open and inclusive workplaces. * Join a pioneering, human-centered, and approachable 100% technology company, tackling real challenges. * Professional growth. * Hybrid remote work option. * Flexible working hours adapted to your personal circumstances. * Immediate incorporation into a Public Sector project. * Indefinite contract from day one—because we love working alongside the same faces, we’re passionate about stability, and we thrive on trust... * Management 3\.0: co-management across the organization and co-leadership in decision-making. * English classes funded by the company and preparation for official certifications. * Negotiable salary, based on experience. * Every Friday is a shortened workday to start Mondays with more energy! * 23 working days per collective agreement, plus December 24th and 31st as additional rest days.
