Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, in its Construction business, requires a Junior Industrial Engineer for a building project at the future Madrid Justice City. **Job Description** Responsibilities associated with this position include: * **Planning and Construction Site Control:** Development of schedules and Gantt charts, tracking deadlines (critical path method), and daily/weekly progress reporting. * **Resource and Logistics Management:** Monitoring material inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating teams and machinery to prevent construction stoppages. * **Cost and Budget Management:** Oversight of budget execution, invoice control, physical progress measurement, and validation of subcontractor work. * **Quality and Safety (OHS):** Verification that construction complies with drawings and technical regulations, as well as ensuring use of PPE and adherence to safety standards. * **Technical and Technical-Administrative Support:** Liaison between field personnel and the technical office, resolution of minor technical queries, and documentation control for the project. * **Process Optimization:** Analysis of work methods to improve labor productivity and reduce waste. inesa \| tech \+5 **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Recently graduated Industrial Engineer. \- 0–1 year experience \- Junior profile. \- Language: English \- B2 level. * Knowledge of project management and office software tools (Excel, MS Project). * Teamwork ability and focus on efficiency. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that all individuals can participate on equal footing.
