Join us in pursuing solutions to achieve a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Construction business, requires a Junior Industrial Engineer for a Building Construction project at the future City of Justice in Madrid. **Job Description** Responsibilities associated with this position include: * **Planning and Construction Site Control:** Developing schedules and Gantt charts, tracking deadlines (critical path method), and preparing daily/weekly progress reports. * **Resource and Logistics Management:** Monitoring material inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating teams and machinery to avoid construction stoppages. * **Cost and Budget Management:** Overseeing budget execution, controlling invoicing, measuring physical progress, and validating subcontractor work. * **Quality and Safety (OHS):** Ensuring construction complies with drawings and technical regulations, as well as verifying proper use of PPE and adherence to safety standards. * **Technical and Administrative Support:** Acting as liaison between field staff and the technical office, resolving minor technical queries, and managing project documentation. * **Process Optimization:** Analyzing work methods to improve labor productivity and reduce waste. inesa \| tech \+5 **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Recently graduated Industrial Engineer. \- 0–1 year of experience — Junior profile. \- Language: English — B2 level. * Knowledge of project management and office tools (Excel, MS Project). * Ability to work collaboratively and focus on efficiency. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal terms.
