Their participation will specifically cover Phase 2 of implementation: Supporting women following unsuccessful job interviews. Applying coaching and motivation tools, the following objectives will be pursued: * Providing tools to facilitate the development and delivery of a professional narrative, identifying and reinforcing competencies. * Training participating women through the development of soft skills. * Enhancing self-esteem and confidence necessary for participants to successfully face selection processes enabling access to the labor market. * Facilitating the use of technology as a channel for impact, talent management, and knowledge transfer, thereby strengthening participants’ digital competencies.
