We are seeking a **Study Technician** to join an established construction company specializing in rehabilitation and building construction in the Nules area. You will join a highly competent technical team, participating in the study and preparation of development and new construction projects, and closely collaborating with the Technical and Production Departments. **Responsibilities** ---------- * Study and analysis of projects. * Preparation of measurements and budgets. * Requesting and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations. * Preparing tenders and technical documentation. * Supporting the Production Department during project execution. * Collaborating on cost analysis and project planning. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience as a Study Technician or in a technical office will be valued. * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license (Class B). **Benefits** -------------- * Permanent employment. * Salary commensurate with experience.
