#### **What will you do on a daily basis?** As **Support for the Human Resources Department**, you will be a key piece in building and consolidating our HR department. Your responsibilities will include: * **Talent Selection and Attraction:** You will collaborate in the initial stages of the recruitment cycle—from posting job vacancies across various channels to conducting preliminary outreach to candidates to assess their alignment with the company’s values. * **Onboarding and Employee Experience:** You will participate in welcoming new team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources for onboarding and supporting follow-up during their first months within the team. * **Labor Administration and Support:** You will assist in maintaining the employee database, document management, and operational record supervision. * **Operational PRL Management:** You will support operational tasks related to occupational health and safety, as well as organizing internal initiatives that foster integration and a positive workplace climate. #### **What will make you succeed at Wild Balance?** * **Proactivity and Autonomy:** We seek someone with initiative—capable of proposing solutions and comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment. * **Communication Skills:** Ability to convey the brand’s essence to external candidates and maintain fluent, empathetic communication with the internal team. * **Organization and Methodology:** In people operations, attention to detail makes all the difference.
