We are now seeking a manager for our park located in Madrid\-Torrejón. **The Role** We are looking for an experienced leader who can motivate an entire team with positive energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong team spirit. You will be responsible for effectively monitoring all activities at JUMPYARD. Your experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments means you can maintain composure under pressure. Organization and communication will be top priorities to ensure awareness of safety regulations—always prioritizing risk prevention! Your goal will be to motivate, support, and inspire your team members so they develop commitment, pride, and the ability to deliver an amazing and unique experience to all JUMPYARD customers. Skills in fostering excellent interpersonal relationships and team spirit will ensure the entire team works toward the same goal. You will play a fundamental and pivotal role in JUMPYARD’s culture and philosophy, energetically and positively influencing our entire environment.
