MEININGER Hotels We manage over 35 hotels in major European cities… and we’re still growing! **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * You are an outstanding host, ensuring guests enjoy a safe and unforgettable stay. * You take care of our guests’ well-being from check\-in to check\-out. * You support the Bar as needed, assisting with mise\-en\-place of pre-cooked snacks and preparation of cold and hot beverages. * In addition to serving our guests, you are also the first point of contact for all other visitors, such as suppliers and external technicians. * You answer guests’ questions and inquiries, and know how to direct them to key points of interest, local attractions, and activities. * You handle operational and administrative tasks, including billing, cash register closing, responding to emails and online requests, upselling, responding to online reviews, and more. * You enjoy a diverse, international, and inclusive work environment. * You are flexible and accustomed to working rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, occasionally night), Monday through Sunday—including public holidays—with weekly rest days stipulated by collective agreement. * Last but not least: You are an excellent team player and don’t hesitate to collaborate with other departments when needed. **YOUR PROFILE** * You have initial experience (minimum 1 year) in reception—and you’re passionate about it. * You have an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a dynamic environment performing varied tasks. * You are sociable, enjoy helping others, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. * You enjoy teamwork and are willing to support colleagues and tackle challenges together. * You work efficiently with PMS systems (e.g., SIHOT, ASSD, Fidelio). * You speak Spanish and English fluently.
