Description
DIVERJOC is seeking to hire an HR Technician and Coordinator to manage the selection, organization, and follow-up of monitors and coordinators for school services (school cafeterias, extracurricular activities, holiday camps).
Recruitment and selection: Drafting and publishing job postings, screening resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, and managing onboarding. Mass recruitment of leisure profiles: Selection of cafeteria monitors, extracurricular activity monitors, specialists, and holiday camp/summer camp teams. Document and contract management: Oversight of mandatory sector documentation (leisure qualification certificates, criminal record certificates for sexual offenses, ID/NIE, Social Security registration). Management of the Job Pool and Substitutions: Resolving daily incidents, covering last-minute absences, and maintaining an active pool of substitute staff. Management of internship agreements: Coordination with schools and leisure directors/monitors to integrate students into DIVERJOC’s service internships. Payroll and attendance coordination: Recording working hours, monitoring academic calendars, scheduling shift rosters, and communicating incidents to the payroll agency. Development and workplace climate: Supporting performance evaluations, organizing training plans, and monitoring team workplace climate. On-site supervision at school centers and client follow-up. Supporting coordinators in drafting, adapting, and tracking annual pedagogical reports for each school or camp. Liaison and follow-up with coordinators: Daily support for center/school monitors, resolving operational queries, and assisting in team management. Leisure and Food Handling Training Plan: Organizing initial and ongoing training sessions for kitchen, cafeteria, and activity teams. Leisure and Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulation compliance: Ensuring legal staff-to-child ratios and applying occupational risk prevention regulations in holiday camps, summer camps, and cafeterias. Supervision of communication with schools and parent associations (AFA): Supporting resolution of complex incidents involving families or school administrations, coordinated via the organization’s platform. Logistics of materials and spaces: Coordinating procurement, distribution, and inventory control of pedagogical, sports, and first-aid materials across all services. * Minimum 1 year of experience.
* UNIVERSITY DEGREE
* Catalan (spoken and written – advanced level)
* Competencies / knowledge: University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent higher vocational training program. Fluent command of Catalan and Spanish (spoken and written). Proficiency in office software (advanced Excel) and familiarity with HR management systems.
