We are seeking a kitchen assistant for the Montblanc Residence in Manresa, a center managed by Sant Andreu Salut, to provide necessary support to the chef in order to guarantee quality service to the residents of the center. 1\. Under the chef's supervision, prepare food for seasoning. 2\. Prepare and set up kitchen equipment (oven, stovetop, etc.) for use. 3\. Under the chef's supervision, prepare meal trays and food trolleys. 4\. Under the chef's supervision, serve meals in the dining room. 5\. Ensure that residents appreciate the care provided, respecting their wishes and preferences as much as possible. 6\. Clean kitchen utensils and equipment, as well as the dining room. 7\. Receive and organize kitchen supplies. 8\. Remain attentive to all requests from health staff and relevant personnel. 9\. Properly collect kitchen waste according to current regulations. 10\.
