




Servicedesk Operator - Weekends Grupo Sermicro is a leading systems integration company in ICT Solutions and Services with more than 35 years of experience and a strong international presence. We invite you to join our team! We are currently looking for a Servicedesk Operator to work on weekends and holidays supporting a service for large enterprises. RESPONSIBILITIES Receiving phone calls, Managing service account emails. Logging incidents, requests, and inquiries. Correctly categorizing all tickets. Meeting KPIs and SLAs for phone support and case handling using corporate tools (email and ticketing system). Resolving computer incidents related to the general operation of corporate software, office or specialized software, and operating systems. Solving user issues with applications, permissions on those applications, and access to folders. ABM tasks (creation, deletion). Implementing solutions for low-complexity incidents and requests that can be executed remotely, following validated procedures. Escalating tickets to the appropriate assignment group for resolution, according to the escalation matrix. **REQUIREMENTS:** a) Academic and specific training for the position: Higher-level vocational training in IT. b) Essential knowledge * Demonstrable knowledge of Windows / Active Directory / Office 365 / Outlook. * Computer hardware, networks, and telecommunications. * Ticketing tool experience. Languages **Spanish:** Very high proficiency or native.
