Research with European recognition on your CV You will join a leading AI application project, recognized and co-funded by the European Union (FSE+ / STEP Programme). Your role is to build the models that make Mappa’s core system more accurate, automated, and resilient to the realities of industrial data. You will build: \- Models for extraction, classification, and validation of heterogeneous industrial data (BOMs, energy invoices, supplier datasheets, process logs). \- Pipelines that convert scattered sources into structured, traceable inputs, ready to generate product-level carbon footprints under ISO standards. \- Suggestion and auto-filling systems that reduce manual work for both your team and clients during footprint construction. \- Direct integrations with Mappa’s core product: what you develop goes into production, not into a research repository. CANDIDATE PROFILE (under 30 years old): \- Proficiency in TypeScript and production experience with Next.js / React; comfortable designing backend logic. \- Practical experience with LLMs applied to structured/semi-structured data: extraction, classification, reasoning over documents, and production prompts. \- Fluency with Postgres / Supabase or similar: data modeling and scalable queries. \- Agentic development methodology (Claude Code, Cursor): ability to delegate, review, write useful context, and maintain technical judgment. \- Ability to work with raw, incomplete, and contradictory data (real client data). \- Product mindset and interest in the intersection of AI, industry, and operational sustainability.
