Job Description. An industrial ventilation company in the phase of international expansion is seeking an Export Manager to lead the opening of new markets and consolidation of existing ones. This position is located in the company's export sales department in Cardedeu \- Barcelona. The main responsibilities include managing our existing industrial ventilation clients in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, as well as acquiring new clients, entering new markets, and developing strategies for international market penetration and expansion. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement the International Expansion Plan. Prospect, acquire, and manage the client portfolio. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and payment conditions. Coordinate with Procurement and Production departments to ensure on-time order delivery. Attend international sector trade fairs to represent the brand. Report to management on sales performance, revenue, and profitability by market and client. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), International Trade, or Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a similar role, preferably within the industrial sector. Languages: Native or near-native proficiency in Catalan/Spanish; advanced English proficiency (knowledge of French and/or Arabic is highly valued). Willingness to travel internationally (4–8 trips per year). What We Offer: Permanent full-time contract. Salary: Competitive compensation package comprising a fixed annual gross salary between €40\.000 and €50\.000, plus an attractive performance-based variable component.
