### **Description** **SENIOR FINANCE CONSULTANT:** **WORKING CAPITAL, MANAGEMENT CONTROL AND REPORTING, TREASURY, ORGANIZATION** Our client is a well-established niche consulting firm specializing in corporate transformation projects for companies backed by private equity funds. Our clients, spanning various industries and sectors, have ambitious organic and inorganic growth plans and financial performance targets, making our consulting projects highly transformative, relevant, and impactful. We are seeking professionals with experience in Finance in the areas of Working Capital, Management Control and Reporting, Pricing, Treasury-Cash Management, Cash Flow, Dashboards, and Organization, who must have solid knowledge of data analysis tools and BI platforms. ### **Responsibilities** **ROLE MISSION** Reporting to Consulting Directors and Managers, the selected candidate will act as an expert on corporate transformation projects involving working capital, management control and reporting, treasury, or organization, and depending on their expertise, may also participate in operations or technology-related projects. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analysis of processes, reporting reports, information systems, organizational charts, and job roles. * Identification and quantification of improvement opportunities through client interviews, data collection (e.g., observing processes), and data analysis. * Support in implementing identified improvements, motivating and developing client personnel. ### **Requirements** **CANDIDATE PROFILE** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences, Business Administration and Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, complemented by an MBA or Master's from a prestigious business school. **Minimum Experience** At least 5 years of experience in Finance roles within companies, such as management controller or business analyst. Experience as a consultant or external auditor is desirable, ideally in change environments (organizational, system changes, company integrations, ownership changes, business diversification).
