B. Braun is seeking to hire a Technical Engineer for Central Technical Services Engineering to participate in project management for improvements, facility adaptations, and technical incidents that ensure the proper operation of our production plants. We are looking for a candidate with industrial environment experience, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving orientation, who wishes to join a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our facilities.
**Responsibilities:**
The selected candidate, reporting to the Head of Central Technical Services Engineering, will perform the following tasks:
* Conduct studies and propose new construction works or adaptations for buildings and installations in industrial and office settings.
* Prepare budgets/projects for implementation.
* Manage improvement actions for industrial buildings and installations.
* Coordinate resolution of incidents and requests to ensure plant operational continuity.
* Monitor assigned actions technically, economically, and temporally.
* Draft tender requests, technical comparisons, and contracting proposals.
* Review technical solutions and their constructability.
* Coordinate suppliers and collaborating companies during work execution.
* Supervise proper execution of actions regarding quality, safety, and scheduling.
* Manage technical documentation, work permits, and related legalizations.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in industrial installations and services, participating in defining and monitoring small investments and technical enhancements.
* Collaborate with production, maintenance, and other departments to ensure proper facility operation.
**Requirements:**
* Academic qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Mechatronics, Electrotechnical Installations, or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in an industrial environment, including coordination of external companies and contractor follow-up.
* Intermediate level of English (desirable).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Experience or knowledge in project management, maintenance, and industrial installations.
* Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry-specific regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA) will be valued.
* Valid driver’s license.
