Positive work environment and cross-departmental collaboration **MAINTENANCE OPERATOR (PREVENTIVE)** We are looking for a Maintenance Operator to join our team and support preventive maintenance of facilities and industrial equipment. Your role will be critical in ensuring continuity and quality of the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform TIG, spot, and electrode welding tasks. * Carry out assembly and repair tasks for metal components. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. * Participate in detection and resolution of mechanical failures. * Participate in planning of periodic maintenance activities. * Support repairs of mechanical or electrical failures. * Report and document all interventions performed. * Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve processes. Required Education: **Required Education:** * Medium or higher vocational training cycle in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or related field. **Knowledge and Requirements:** * Demonstrable experience in industrial welding. * Knowledge of industrial mechanics. * Basic knowledge of electricity is highly valued. * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. **Languages:** * High proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. **What We Offer:** * Employment with an established company boasting over 40 years of experience in the metal surface treatment sector. * Internal training and opportunities for growth within the department. * Positive work environment and cross-departmental collaboration. * Permanent contract. * Schedule: Rotating shift Monday to Friday (6:00 AM–2:00 PM / 2:00 PM–10:00 PM). * Salary range: €24,000–€28,000 gross per annum (based on assessment).
