High-End Single-Family Housing (Girona and Barcelona) A construction company specializing in high-end single-family homes, headquartered in Banyoles with ongoing projects in Girona and Barcelona, is seeking a Site Manager (Cap d’Obra) with technical training (Building Surveyor / Technical Architecture) for immediate incorporation. \- Comprehensive planning, organization, and control of the construction site. \- Cost control, measurements, certifications, and production monitoring. \- Coordination of industrial suppliers and subcontractors. \- Supervision of execution (foundations, structure, masonry, and finishes). \- Schedule tracking and quality control. \- Layouts and on-site technical support. \- Procurement, order, and material management. \- Compliance with and supervision of occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). \- Liaison with design management and clients. * 5 years’ experience. \- Degree in Technical Architecture / Building Surveyor / Building Engineering. \- Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience as Site Manager in building construction. \- Experience managing full construction projects. \- Technical knowledge of construction processes. \- Planning, organizational, and incident-resolution capabilities. \- Occupational health and safety (PRL) training specific to the construction sector. \- Valid driving license class B and willingness to travel. * DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Experience in high-end single-family housing. \- Technical profile with holistic site oversight (costs \+ execution). \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, or construction management software. \- Problem-solving, organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused profile. \- Professional career stability. * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary from '2800' to '3200' * Additional relevant information: We offer immediate incorporation.
