The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing balanced and nutritionally adapted menus meeting residents’ dietary needs, ensuring food quality, food safety, and a warm, human-centered approach. Main Responsibilities: * Preparing daily menus according to dietary guidelines and special requirements (e.g., diabetes, allergies, modified textures, etc.). * Organizing, controlling, and optimizing the use of raw materials. * Supervising and maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleanliness. * Allergen control and compliance with food safety regulations. * Coordinating with medical and direct-care staff to adapt diets appropriately. Requirements: * Training in **Culinary Arts / Hospitality** or proven professional experience as a cook. * Knowledge of adapted diets and food handling. * Valid food handler’s certificate. * Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Prior experience in collective catering or socio-healthcare facilities is preferred.
