We are present throughout the entire real estate value chain and are committed to diversity, respect, and equal opportunities regardless of gender. ### **Profile** We are looking for a committed individual to join our Technical Office team in Malaga within a national real estate developer and construction company, to carry out the execution of unique residential projects for our new developments in Madrid and Malaga. Your role will be key in the technical development of projects: drafting technical reports, preparing budgets, graphic documentation, and technical-economic analysis. You will work closely with site teams, clients, and other disciplines (architecture, installations, structure, and interior design), always under the supervision of your manager. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain an updated database of prices and descriptions. * Establish the technological foundations for various projects to be executed. * Conduct technical and economic studies of projects (drawings, budgets, technical reports). * Define technical specifications for procurement processes. * Support the evaluation of technical proposals submitted by different bidders. * Analyze the technical feasibility of offers and propose possible variants. * Monitor ongoing projects. * Interact with clients regarding renovations and customizations. ### **Requirements** * **Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering.** * **Proven experience in building construction is essential.** * **Advanced level of English.** * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office software; experience with Presto software will be valued. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Knowledge of current health and safety regulations, as well as building quality standards. * Skills in planning, organization, and implementing technical improvements and variants. * Ability to adapt to change and manage pressure in a dynamic environment. * Strong communication skills with various stakeholders and ability to work in a team.
