We operate across the entire real estate value chain and champion diversity, respect, and equal opportunities regardless of gender. ### **Profile** We seek a committed individual to join our TEAM as a Site Assistant Manager for Building Construction to execute distinctive new residential projects in Casares, Málaga. You will work alongside the Site Manager, following their guidance, providing technical support during project execution—covering technical, control, and quality aspects—to ensure proper construction execution. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all construction activities and will also collaborate and provide support for projects carried out by your unit/department, in accordance with instructions from your supervisor, to perform delegated tasks. Additionally, you must undergo training in the company’s internal procedures and standards. ### **Responsibilities** Daily tasks include resource planning and management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality guarantees, and coordinating work teams: * Knowledge of construction regulations and occupational safety standards to monitor and enforce Risk Prevention, Safety, and Health requirements. * Knowledge of budget management and cost control. * Prepare budget estimates; assist in planning and scheduling construction phases; supervise subcontractor and subordinate staff or labor activities; verify progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; represent the company in relevant matters; etc. * Material receipt and Quality Control thereof. * Personnel management of in-house staff and maintaining continuous communication with foremen and supervisors. Monitoring external controls. Monitoring technical construction control. * Management of orders and suppliers once contracts have been awarded. * Review of measurements: design, cost, production, settlement, and proforma. * Setting-out surveys, office and site verification of same, and supervision of implementation together with the work team. * Meetings with the Technical Director. * Monthly reports on construction progress and billing. ### **Requirements** * **Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering.** * **Proven experience in building construction is mandatory.** * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Presto software is a plus. * Skills in planning, organization, and problem-solving. * Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
