For our client, a prestigious international fashion company, **EXPERTA** is seeking a **Store Manager** for its store in **Puerto Banús, Marbella.** **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed store targets. * Train and motivate the sales team to deliver high-level customer service and increase sales. * Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment in the store. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take action to improve store performance. * Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and current brand trends. * Manage the store budget and ensure profitability. * Maintain regular communication with company headquarters and provide reports on store performance. **Required Profile:** * Previous experience managing luxury fashion stores, preferably in Marbella or another high-end tourist location. * Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to identify customers’ needs and preferences. * Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and lead a team. * Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience. * Advanced level of English.
