We are looking to hire **3 C\+E trailer drivers** for fixed waste shuttle routes between various plants on the Costa del Sol and the Costa del Sol Environmental Complex. The vehicle remains at base and routes are recurring. Main responsibilities * Carry out shuttle runs between plants in **Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Mijas and Marbella** and the Costa del Sol Environmental Complex. * Load and unload waste at the plant, following safety and environmental protocols. * Safely drive trailers with different load configurations: * Skip loader, * Multilift, * Moving floor (depending on operational needs). * Perform basic vehicle checks (fluid levels, tires, lights, etc.) and report incidents. * Comply with **tachograph** regulations, driving and rest times, and occupational health and safety rules. Working hours and schedule organization The daily shift is approximately **10 hours**, including around **8.5 hours of driving**, within legal limits. Start times are stable, adjusted to the assigned shift, with typical start windows between **01:00**, **04:00** or **05:30** (depending on service needs and preference for day/night shifts). Available positions **2 positions from Monday to Sunday (M–S) with rotating days off** * Work **Monday to Sunday**, with scheduled rest days. * **One full weekend off per month** (consecutive Saturday and Sunday). * Other rest days will be taken on weekdays from Monday to Friday. * **Estimated salary:** **2\.300 € net/month** (gross equivalent according to applicable collective agreement and tax conditions). **1 position from Monday to Friday (M–F)** * Work **Monday to Friday**, no weekend work. * Typical start time: **05:30**. * Mainly transfer plant routes using **skip loader**. * **Estimated salary:** **1\.900 € net/month** (gross equivalent according to applicable collective agreement and tax conditions). Working conditions * **Stable / long-term contract** (according to current collective agreement and legislation). * Full-time with guaranteed weekly rest. * Compensation by shift: * **M–S with rotating rest days:** approx. 2\.300 € net/month * **M–F:** approx. 1\.900 € net/month * Assigned vehicle with **fixed base at the Costa del Sol Environmental Complex** (between Estepona and Casares). * Social Security registration and all other benefits according to applicable collective agreement and regulations. Essential requirements * Valid **C\+E driving license**. * Valid **Goods CAP** (Certificate of Professional Competence). * Active **digital tachograph card**. * Previous experience driving articulated vehicles (trailers). Desirable qualifications * Experience with **skip loader**, **multilift** or **moving floor**. * Prior experience in waste transport or industrial environments. * Residence in **Estepona, Casares or surrounding areas** due to shift times and base location.
