We are offering a Technical Architect position at **We Project**, headquartered in Marbella, Málaga. You will serve as a key figure collaborating on project studies, implementation, planning, scheduling, execution control, and economic control of ambitious hotel projects both nationally and internationally—leading both civil works and installations while consistently ensuring success in cost, schedule, and quality.

**Work arrangement: 80% remote and 20% onsite, attending the Marbella office in person once per week**.
**Your daily routine will sound like this**
**Hotel Project Management and Control**
* Lead project studies, implementation, and strategic planning—setting clear objectives, assigning productivity targets, and optimizing resources by cost item to ensure overall project success.
* Economic and execution control lead: Supervise costs, schedules, purchase orders, and document control.
* Technical drafting and review of large-scale projects—from initial phases (demolition, foundations, structure) through final finishes (masonry, cladding, interior design, landscaping, furniture, and equipment).
✍️ **Technical Office and Tendering**
* Preparation of competitive bids for FG Construcción: Comprehensive drafting and design of technical reports, drawings, budgets, and project schedules.
* Precision technical development: Quantity take-offs, detailed budgeting, review of installation project documentation, and drawing preparation.
️ **On-site Coordination and Direction**
* On-site follow-up: Conducting technical site visits, monitoring the status of civil/architectural works, and preparing technical action reports.
* Partner management: Direct contracting, supervision, and coordination of subcontracted companies and suppliers—ensuring adherence to Fuerte Group’s quality standards.
* Proactive collaboration on other key functions required by the Technical Directorate within your scope of competence.
**Requirements:**

**You are ideal for this role if…**
You hold a degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. Postgraduate education is desirable—especially specialization in Occupational Risk Prevention, Construction and Building, as well as certification from the Project Management Institute.
Minimum 2\-3 years of demonstrable professional experience, both in design offices and on construction sites.
Proficiency in cost and schedule control, supplier management, quantity surveying, and budget control.
English B1\.
AutoCAD, Office Suite, Revit. Construction cost control software: SIGRID.
Occasional geographical mobility. Valid driver’s license / personal vehicle.
