A construction sector company is looking for a **Site Manager** to join projects in León. **Main responsibilities:** * Daily **organization and supervision** of on-site work. * Layout surveys and **execution control** according to the project. * **Coordination** of trades and monitoring of installation works. * Control of materials, equipment, and productivity. * Supervision of schedule compliance, quality, and safety. * **Continuous communication** with on-site personnel and the technical office team. * **Resolution** of issues arising during construction. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **5 years’ experience as a Site Manager**. * Knowledge of layout surveys, construction execution, and work coordination. * An **organized, responsible, and solution-oriented** individual. * Leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills within work teams. * Willingness to **travel between sites** (a valid driver’s license is mandatory). * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training and experience across different construction phases are valued. **We offer:** * Full-time position. * Competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Stability on projects and a positive working environment. * Immediate or short-term incorporation.
