Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Cost Controller to perform economic control of industrial projects and civil works, working with production teams from the study phase through to project closure. Key Responsibilities: 1. Economic control of industrial projects and civil works. 2. Economic monitoring of projects from the study phase through to closure. 3. Cost, margin, and variance analysis, identifying risks. We are seeking a **Construction Cost Controller** with experience in **industrial and civil works projects**, with a clear focus on project economic control. The candidate will work directly with production teams, participating in the economic monitoring of projects from the study phase through to closure. **Role:** * Participation in **budget re-studies and reviews.** * Control and monitoring of the **project budget vs. actual execution.** * Analysis of **costs, margins, and variances**, identifying economic risks. * Economic monitoring of projects in coordination with the **site manager and production team.** * Analysis and monitoring of **construction contracts, subcontracting, and suppliers.** * Economic control and validation of: * **Work certifications** * **Measurements and executed production** * **Contract modifications and revisions** * Evaluation of the economic impact of **contractual conditions** (prices, penalties, milestones, etc.) * Identification and monitoring of: * **Contractual deviations.** * **Contract-related risks.** * **Potential claims / disputes.** * Coordination with site teams to ensure the **correct translation of contractual terms into actual economic control.** **Requirements:** **Experience (Mandatory)** * Experience in **economic control of industrial and/or civil works projects.** * Experience in construction companies, engineering firms, or project management organizations. * Profile type: **Quantity Surveyor / Project Controller.** **Technical Knowledge** * **Advanced Excel** (economic control models, variance analysis). * **SAP S/4 HANA** (or equivalent ERP experience for cost control). **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE)**, **Economics**, **Civil Engineering**, **Industrial Engineering**, or related field. * Master’s degree in **MBA**, **Project Management**, **Construction**, or **Project Management.** * Training in **data analysis (Power BI, Advanced Excel)** Join us!
