We offer you the opportunity to develop your talent and directly contribute to projects generating positive impact for the planet and the community. **Where will you work?** Door-to-door visits to households in the municipality of Petrer. **What type of contract do we offer?** Fixed-term intermittent contract. **Salary:** The annual gross salary for full-time work is €17,419.97, plus a one-time supplement of €300 upon contract completion, intended to support logistics and team coordination. **What will your working hours and schedule be?** You will join the team from Tuesday to Saturday, from 14/09/26 to 08/10/26. **Your schedule** will be part-time, with a weekly rotating shift:* Tuesday to Friday, 9:00–16:40, and Saturday, 11:00–18:40. * Tuesday to Friday, 13:00–20:40, and Saturday, 11:00–18:40. ### **What will your functions and responsibilities be?** * Responsible for logistics, transportation, and storage of project materials, as well as ensuring their maintenance and good condition. * Implement the proposed action plan. * Distribute campaign communication materials. * Educate, inform, and raise awareness on waste management, emphasizing prevention, reuse, and circular economy principles—especially regarding glass packaging management. * Inform and advise citizens about the campaign’s objective. * Complete project monitoring and evaluation tools (surveys and digital forms). * Participate in campaign activities. * Execute the scheduled action timeline. * Attend internal coordination meetings. ### **Who are we looking for?** We seek autonomous, proactive, dynamic, responsible individuals accustomed to teamwork and motivated by waste-related topics, to carry out communication and environmental awareness actions concerning glass packaging in Torrent (Valencia). **Academic level and training specialties:*** Preferably individuals currently studying or holding degrees in environmental, technological, education, or psychology fields. **Languages:*** Strong spoken proficiency in Spanish. **Experience:*** Project and/or team coordination (not mandatory). * Customer information and service. **Skills:*** Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate teams. * Ability to engage diverse audience profiles. * Proficiency in using digital applications for data collection (digital competence). **Attributes:*** Professional appearance, kindness, courtesy, ease of interaction, friendliness, and effectiveness. **Workplace location:*** Petrer. **Territory Logistics/Coordination Officer:*** Valid driver’s license is mandatory (provisional licenses pending renewal will not be accepted), along with ability to drive vans. * Driver’s license held for at least one year; minimum age of 25 years. ### **What does it mean to work at Anthesis?** It means becoming part of a certified B Corp™ company with over 40 years of experience in environmental awareness and education, committed to sustainability and social responsibility.* Pioneers in sustainability — We don’t just talk about change; we lead it! * Opportunity to participate in various campaigns throughout the year (subject to your availability), building professional connections with fellow Anthesis colleagues and experts while enhancing your learning and broadening your vision and knowledge of the environmental sector. * A collaborative, dynamic, and motivating team. * An environment that values diversity and fosters inclusion to promote awareness, empathy, and respect both inside and outside the company. * Initial specific training for each campaign, ensuring you have all necessary tools from day one. * The opportunity to contribute to a strategic sector such as environmental education, essential for promoting sustainability.
