Fashion Designer and Pattern Maker

Description

Team expansion in the design and pattern-making department. * Education in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or related field. * Experience in children's fashion design (preferably for ages 2 to 5). * Proficiency in children's pattern making and size grading. * Knowledge of garment construction and textile production processes. * Proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and, where applicable, pattern-making software (Gerber, Lectra, Audaces, Optitex, or similar). * Ability to prepare comprehensive technical specification sheets for production. * Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and finishes suitable for children's clothing. * Sample tracking and prototype correction. * Preparation of technical specification sheets. * Fabric, print, and trim selection. * Communication with suppliers and workshops. * Collection development tracking through to production. * **Preferred qualifications** * Experience working with domestic or international manufacturers. * Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to children's apparel. * Sensitivity to trends in children's fashion. * Experience in seasonal collections. * English proficiency for communication with suppliers. * Creativity and strong aesthetic judgment. * Attention to detail. * Organization and deadline management. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Ability to resolve issues arising during product development.
