Job Summary: We are seeking a quality operator with plant experience in the industrial sector, responsible for component inspection, product and process control, and non-conformance management. Active participation in preventive and corrective quality measures We seek a quality operator with plant experience in the industrial sector, specifically in the automotive or metallurgical fields. Main job duties include comprehensive inspection of components directly at the factory, as well as rigorous control of both final products and manufacturing processes. The selected candidate will also actively participate in necessary preventive and corrective measures to address internal non-conformances, identifying and recording any quality-related incidents. Close collaboration with the production team to resolve issues in real time is essential. Working hours are in the morning shift, from 7:00 to 15:00. Remuneration will comply with the collective agreement for the siderometallurgical sector. * Medium-level vocational qualification (Grado Medio). * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial sector quality control. Automotive and metallurgical sectors preferred. * Basic knowledge of quality management. * Proficiency in computer tools, office software, and management systems. * Immediate availability to join.
