When you join us, you become part of our story and help shape our future. **Join us as** **Installation Technician (Palma de Mallorca)** ========================================= #### **Your mission will be:** * Based at our Palma de Mallorca branch, you will be responsible for the installation process, ensuring the use of defined installation methods and tools to achieve the required performance regarding quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals. * You will carry out the installation of our elevators using Schindler's established methods to ensure compliance with objectives. * You will focus on achieving performance targets, including quality and safety policies. * You will report to your supervisor on hours worked and progress reports. * You will communicate with the client to ensure their needs are met. #### **What do you need to succeed?** * A Technical Industrial Engineering degree, Medium or Higher Vocational Training, or Professional Training in industrial maintenance or a similar field will be helpful, although other technical qualifications will also be considered. * At least 3 years of experience in similar roles working in assembly environments with a high level of technical complexity. * Previous experience in the elevator industry or related sectors is highly valued. * Being proactive—staying one step ahead will help you prevent issues and focus on what matters most. * Results-oriented mindset to push your competencies to the next level. * Possession of an Elevator Maintenance Certificate is highly desirable. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. #### **What we offer?** * The opportunity to improve people's quality of life.
