You will support the management of our learning platform, coordinate training activities in various formats (in-person and virtual), manage subsidized training (FUNDAE), and track training projects and KPIs. You will also participate in facilitating training sessions and collaborate with different teams to ensure each initiative has a positive impact on team development. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Administer and maintain the eMeliá learning platform (LMS). * Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of training projects and initiatives. * Manage in-person, virtual, and hybrid training activities, ensuring an excellent learning experience. * Provide support in managing subsidized training (FUNDAE), including administrative processes, tracking, and billing. * Prepare reports and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of training initiatives. * Collaborate in creating, updating, and improving learning materials and content. * Participate in facilitating onboarding programs and other training activities. * Coordinate training calendars and collaborate with hotels, trainers, vendors, and internal teams. * Support strategic training projects at national and international levels. **Profile We Are Seeking** ----------------------- * Experience in project coordination, with strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work in dynamic environments. * Communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. * Advanced level of English (other languages are valued). * Interest in digital learning, technology applied to training, and data analysis. * Prior experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle or similar) is desirable. * Knowledge of FUNDAE and subsidized training is desirable. * Experience facilitating training or leading in-person and virtual learning sessions is valued. * Residence in or willingness to relocate to Palma de Mallorca. **At Meliá, everyone is VIP** *At Meliá Hotels International, we champion* ***equal opportunities*** *for* ***women and men*** *in the workplace, backed by leadership commitment and aligned with the principles outlined in our Human Resources policies.
