Job Summary: We are seeking a building maintenance supervisor to carry out repairs, manage audiovisual equipment, set up exhibitions, and transport materials. Key Highlights: 1. Management of audiovisual equipment and art exhibitions. We are looking for a person responsible for building maintenance in Malpartida de Cáceres (Cáceres). Tasks include minor construction and repair work in masonry, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and gardening. Audiovisual equipment—including video, music, and television systems—is also handled, along with the setup and dismantling of exhibitions, and the packing and unpacking of artworks. Additionally, external supply management is performed, suppliers and technicians are received, and materials are transported. **Requirements:** Secondary education diploma (ESO), EGB, or Medium-Level Vocational Training or First-Degree qualification in maintenance (or equivalent). Courses in the aforementioned areas are valued. A valid driving license B1 is required. This is an interim contract, full-time, with split shifts and alternate weekends. The salary is €1580 gross.
