Production of artisanal bread and bakery products (baguettes, specialty breads, sourdough starters, etc.). Fermentation preparation and control. Baking and oven monitoring. Basic pastry production. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop. Raw material and stock control. Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * 3 years of experience. Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a baker. Knowledge of baking techniques. Training in baking or pastry-making will be valued. * Competencies / knowledge: Ability to work in a team and autonomously. Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary from '1600' to '1800' * Other relevant information: Full-time intensive night shift from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. Initial training period of 7 to 14 hours.
