Description

KAVE is a global home furniture and interior decoration design brand dedicated to inspiring unique and nonconformist individuals—just like us. The furniture and interior decoration industry is the world's third-largest retail industry. The potential is enormous, and we aim high. We are a group of over 1,100 talented and motivated international professionals, on a mission to completely transform the experience from design to customer—delivering outstanding quality-to-price ratios, sustainable designs, and a top-tier omnichannel shopping journey. We are looking for a **Category Manager** to lead the product strategy for the assigned category, coordinating product launches, price range definition, and product evolution—from conceptualization through to market launch. This end-to-end vision will enable decisions aligned with company objectives and market needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead category strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand positioning, and market evolution. * Define, structure, and develop the catalog and collections—from opportunity identification and briefing development to launch and commercial follow-up. * Manage the full product lifecycle across all stages—introduction, growth, maturity, and decline—ensuring a balanced, profitable, and sustainable assortment. * Define and manage pricing, positioning, and range strategy, ensuring consistency with the company’s value proposition. * Analyze trends, competition, and consumer behavior to anticipate business opportunities and translate them into new product proposals. * Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers and partners that bring innovation, differentiation, and added value to the category. * Coordinate and lead product development together with internal teams involved—from briefing through to market launch. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, R&D, Marketing, Omnichannel, Logistics, Procurement, Technical, and Quality teams to ensure technical, commercial, and operational viability of each project. * Oversee product launches, ensuring proper execution, adherence to timelines, and alignment with brand strategy. * Monitor and analyze category performance using sales, profitability, turnover, and key KPIs—and propose corrective actions when needed. * Manage the category budget and ensure appropriate resource planning. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with key suppliers and collaborators—including coordination with international offices. **Requirements:** * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Category Manager, Product Manager, or similar role—preferably in furniture, interior decoration, or lifestyle sectors. * Knowledge of product lifecycle management and experience developing sustainable and profitable catalogs. * Experience in market analysis, trend tracking, and consumer behavior analysis. * Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple teams. * Results-oriented mindset, with analytical capability to assess sales and margins for decision-making. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus. * Proficiency in product analytics and management tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar. **We Offer:** * Join a rapidly expanding company with a solid, ambitious, and continuously evolving project. * Be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment offering real opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization. * Participate in a project strongly focused on innovation, excellence, and long-term value creation. * Enjoy modern, sustainable facilities designed to promote wellbeing and collaboration. * Access an attractive compensation package, including a flexible benefits plan offering options such as health insurance, meal vouchers, transport cards, and childcare support. * Benefit from daily support services, including catering, fresh fruit every morning, and a cafeteria area. * Use an on-site gym, accessible 24/7.
