Description

The textile production operator position on the night shift focuses on production operations within an industrial textile environment. Key responsibilities include preparing raw materials required for the production process, operating and supervising the specific manufacturing process for rolls, and performing final conditioning of the produced material to ensure proper packaging and subsequent shipment. This role is essential for maintaining the production chain and requires constant attention to detail and to the correct operation of machinery. The worker must operate various specialized machines in the sector, ensuring that the process complies with established quality standards. In addition to operational tasks, the worker is responsible for performing routine equipment checks, reporting any incidents or anomalies occurring on the production line, and maintaining a basic level of organization and cleanliness in their work area to ensure safety and efficiency. This role will be performed on a fixed night schedule, requiring adaptation to a work cycle outside conventional hours. The environment is dynamic and demands the ability to work autonomously following instructions, as well as to integrate into a team operating under the same shift parameters and production objectives. The offered contract is initial and runs until October 30, 2026, with prospects for continuity via a temporary contract and potential future integration into the company’s permanent workforce. The start date is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26. Working hours are fixed on the night shift, from 22:00 to 06:00. The gross salary is €12.07 per hour, an amount that already includes the corresponding night-work premium. A minimum of one year of verifiable prior experience in textile handling or in a similar industrial environment is required. A valid Class B driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for commuting are mandatory. During the entire workday, protective eyewear provided by the company must be worn. No specific academic qualifications or additional technical knowledge are required.
