




Job Summary: Coordination and tracking of orders for the Logistics Center, managing communication with customers and associated documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages communication with freight forwarders and transportation documentation. 2. Resolves order-related incidents and ensures proper logistical operation. 3. Requires experience in logistics management and organization. Reception and tracking of orders for the Logistics Center, as well as customer communication according to guidelines established by superiors. Reporting to the Logistics Center Manager, responsibilities include: * Contacting freight forwarders for transportation management. * Managing documentation for customers, colleagues, and suppliers. * Managing delivery notes. * Resolving incidents related to Logistics Center orders. * Contacting and coordinating with logistics managers to ensure smooth operations. **Required Profile:** * Preferably Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate Level). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * English proficiency level B1. * Teamwork skills. * Knowledge of stock and inventory management techniques, valuation criteria, etc. * Proficiency in standard computer applications. * Organizational and planning skills. * Methodical and orderly individual. * Strong oral and written communication skills. **Job Posting End Date:** 2026\-04\-30**Target Hire Date****:** 2026\-05\-11**Target End Date**: 2027\-05\-10
