Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse professional to support planning, provisioning, operational process management, and quality control, ensuring proper customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reporting to the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for supporting documentation tasks, report/dashboard creation, contractual follow-up, and order tracking arising from store opening planning and provisioning processes, warehouse operational processes, machinery fleet management, waste management, and general expense management — aiming for automation and industrialization of these activities. YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring proper service to internal customers and sales teams. Ensuring correct execution of goods inbound and outbound processes. Controlling quantity and quality of received items. Complying with safety regulations. Contributing to cost management by controlling known and unknown losses, and collaborating in safeguarding the company’s assets. Loading/unloading with forklifts and RF-based receiving of goods. Collaborating with your team within the company’s core values. Participating actively in warehouse and company life. WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? Experience as a goods receiver within a logistics structure or similar role is highly valued. Experience interacting with transport companies, managing delivery notes (albaranes), and maintaining daily goods receipt records. Experience operating machinery (forklifts, stackers, and reach trucks) and using RF technology. A valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory.
