Nursing Assistant for a Senior Care Residence

We are seeking a nursing assistant for a senior and dependent care residence in Ciudad Real. The selected candidate will work as part of a team, ensuring residents' hygiene and nutrition, preparing and serving meals in the dining room, and keeping rooms tidy. Postural changes will also be performed, and collaboration with healthcare staff will include medication administration and specialized care—such as attending to residents with colostomies or catheters—as well as assisting with syringe feeding when necessary. Another key responsibility is accompanying and supervising residents during transfers, guaranteeing their safety and comfort. The goal is to ensure smooth daily operations while fostering an environment of comprehensive care that prioritizes dignity and quality of life. The position is based in a specialized residence, with scheduled shifts and continuous team communication. Empathy, patience, and responsibility are highly valued to support an elderly and dependent population, contributing to the center’s socio-healthcare standards. A medium-level vocational training qualification (FP) is required: Technical Specialist in Nursing Care Assistance, Technical Specialist in Clinical Assistance, Technical Specialist in Care for Dependent Persons, Socio-Healthcare Technician, and/or Professional Certification. Experience in similar roles, a disability certificate of 33% or higher, or recognized incapacity for another position, documentation certifying membership in a vulnerable group, and user-level proficiency in Office, Internet, and email are considered advantageous.
