You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of artisanal baked goods, which includes accurately weighing ingredients, formulating mixtures, preparing doughs, and correctly combining flours. Your work will be essential in producing pastries, strictly adhering to recipes and maintaining high quality standards. It will also be critical to maintain an immaculate workspace, ensuring a hygienic and safe environment for all processes. Managing and organizing finished products will also be part of your responsibilities. Prior experience in workshop or bakery environments is valued, especially if focused on artisanal production. We seek someone capable of collaborating effectively within a team and following detailed instructions. Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Immediate availability and willingness to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week are required. Temporary contract. Previous experience in workshops and/or bakeries, preferably in artisanal production. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow precise instructions. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability for immediate start and full-time schedule (40 hours per week). Basic knowledge of ingredient handling and pastry-making processes.
