We are looking for a cook/kitchen assistant between 22 and 36 years of age with at least 3 years of experience in the field. We are seeking someone with experience in Spanish cuisine, eager to learn and innovate. We value good hygiene, punctuality, and teamwork. Speaking English or French is valued but not mandatory. We work from Tuesday to Saturday; our kitchen is open from 12:00 to 21:30, although hours may vary depending on the day of the week and/or restaurant attendance. We are located in the center of Málaga. We offer one meal per day and weekly tips. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: AGE between 22 and 36 years. EXPERIENCE of at least 3 years in the kitchen. Possibility to complete a trial prior to hiring. Academic knowledge of hygiene standards, food preservation, and cleaning of work equipment. VERY IMPORTANT Valid documentation. Residence in Málaga.
