What will be your responsibilities? · Prepare ingredients and cook full breakfasts or individual dishes. · Verify food quality by tasting and checking doneness. · Prepare and cook special breakfasts according to customer requirements or requests. · Supervise auxiliary staff in food preparation and handling. · Plan menus, determine portion sizes, estimate ingredient quantities and food costs, and order supplies. · Deliver dishes to waitstaff or serve customers directly. · Control, order, receive, and store food supplies, preventing spoilage. · Inspect kitchen cleanliness, kitchen equipment, service areas, etc., to ensure food safety and hygienic food-handling practices.
