





Job Description Assist in welcoming and attending to guests at reception (check-in / check-out). Manage reservations, billing, and collections. Answer calls, emails, and inquiries with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude. Collaborate with other departments, including F&B, to ensure an excellent guest experience. Adhere to Accor’s quality standards and procedures. Requirements Prior experience in hotel front office is preferred (experience in chain hotels is a plus), though not strictly required if the candidate demonstrates the right attitude. Professional-level English (a second language is advantageous). Positive attitude, customer orientation, and ability to work effectively in teams and on rotating shifts.
